This Privacy Policy applies to S.T.R.E.A.M. Music Group, LLC (DBA S.T.R.E.A.M. Media Group) and its H.B. MONTE brand ("we", "us"). It covers information collected through this proposal site, our contact form and our SMS program.
Information we collect
We collect the information you give us: your name, title, station or company, market, email address, phone number, preferred call time, package interest, timeframe and any notes you submit. We also record whether you agreed to receive text messages, the wording of that agreement, and the date of submission.
How we use it
We use your information to respond to your inquiry, send the proposal materials you requested, follow up about syndication, coordinate calls and scheduling, and maintain our business records.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you affirmatively opt in, we may send you text messages about H.B. MONTE radio syndication, requested proposals, inquiries, bookings, scheduling and related business communications. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Consent is not a condition of purchase. Reply STOP to opt out at any time or HELP for assistance.No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers strictly necessary to deliver the messages.
Sharing
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers that help us operate this site, our email, and our messaging (for example our hosting, database and SMS providers), or when required by law.
Retention and security
We keep submissions for as long as needed for our business relationship and recordkeeping, including proof of SMS consent. Data is stored on access-controlled systems, and only authorized team members can view it.
Your choices
You may ask us to correct or delete your information, or stop contacting you, by emailing the address below. To stop text messages, reply STOP to any message.
